Robert Lopez is an associate in the Orange County office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Labor & Employment Practice.

Mr. Lopez has been an employment attorney since 2018, starting out on the Plaintiff's side. He then went to defense at the end of 2019 and has been a defense attorney ever since. During his time as a defense attorney, Robert represented clients in individual actions including discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination. Mr. Lopez has also represented clients in individual wage and hour actions as well as PAGA actions. He has represented clients in court, arbitration, and before administrative bodies. Robert has also provided guidance on several situations including wage and hour issues, terminations, and leaves of absences.
