Jonathan A. Bartlett is an associate in the New York office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability and Construction Practices. He is experienced in construction accident, premises liability, property damage, subrogation, and motor vehicle accident litigation.

Jonathan focuses his practice on the representation of owners, developers, construction managers, general contractors, and their agents, in matters involving high-exposure construction accident claims, including claims brought under New York Labor Law. Jonathan additionally defends property owners, property managers, and commercial tenants, in a wide range of premises liability matters.
