Kaytlin Carlson is an associate in the Seattle office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Labor and Employment Practice. 

Kaytlin is a native of the Pacific Northwest and attended both undergrad and law school in Seattle. Kaytlin has spent the entirety of her practice litigating, and has worked directly with clients defending them in a variety of practice areas including personal injury, premise liability, construction defect, and product liability among others. More recently, Kaytlin transitioned to representing individuals and businesses in labor and employment matters and has worked with both plaintiffs and defendants, which gives her a unique perspective. Her experience includes representing clients against claims of employment discrimination, retaliation, hostile work environment, harassment and assault, as well as wage and hour violations.
