Toni N. Guarino is a partner in the New York office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability and Construction Practices. She focuses her practice on New York State Labor Law, general liability, construction, and premises liability. Toni regularly represents general contractors, construction managers, owners, municipal entities, and subcontractor entities and is well-versed in the New York State Labor Law, OSHA, NYC Administrative Code, and NYC Building Code. She additionally has experience defending construction contractors in connection with complex construction defect matters. Before joining Lewis Brisbois, Toni represented commercial and residential premises owners, construction contractors, real estate development and investment companies, property management companies, hotel/hospitality groups, restaurants, and municipal entities.
