Joe Kavesh is a partner in the firm's Newark, New Jersey and New York City offices. He concentrates his practice in the areas of general liability litigation, trucking and transportation, construction and construction defect, insurance coverage and premises liability litigation. 

Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Joe was a partner at a regional law firm where he represented homeowners and policyholders in general liability and commercial matters. Joe has represented the world's largest home improvement retailer in federal and state court proceedings, and has counseled national and international insurers in high exposure trials.
