Jay Lake is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice. Mr. Lake has over 25 years of experience in civil litigation. He is an experienced trial attorney and arbitrator and has tried matters involving toxic tort, general liability, medical negligence, premises liability, school negligence, breach of contract and wrongful termination/discrimination.

Mr. Lake has represented Homeowners Associations in cases involving mold exposure, including through trial. He has also represented Homeowners Associations in areas involving general liability and premises liability.
