Jared Liss is an associate in the New York office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice. Mr. Liss has experience defending owners, contractors, and developers in construction and New York State Labor Law disputes involving personal injury, construction defects, property damage, and premises liability claims. He has experience in handling all aspects of civil litigation including investigation, motion practice, and trial preparation.

During law school, Mr. Liss participated in a field clinic at the New York Department of Financial Services, working in the Office of the General Counsel. He was also a member of the Real Estate Law Association and the Jewish Law Student Association.
