Jeffery Owens is a partner in the Salt Lake City office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice. He is one of the most experienced construction defect attorneys in Utah, representing commercial and residential builders, developers, restoration contractors, and community associations in high-value complex construction disputes. He also specializes in representing corporate clients in complex business and commercial litigation matters, and has expertly handled many cases from inception all the way through appeal in state and federal courts. Jeff has been appointed as a Judge Pro Tempore by the Utah Supreme Court.
