Starr M. Forster is a Partner in the Houston office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice. Starr is originally from Dominican Republic and later made her way to San Antonio, Texas, where she graduated from both high school and university early. She attended law school in Houston, Texas, received several scholarships for her outstanding performance, and graduated summa cum laude. 

Starr has successfully handled a wide variety of cases related to transportation, which includes automobile, bus, trucking, and Transportation Network Companies; catastrophic personal injury; products liability ranging from tires to hoists and suspended platforms; premises liability; first party insurance disputes; insurance coverage and indemnity disputes; and appellate litigation.
